Privacy Policy

Introduction
Welcome to PetBond / Chongban (the "App," "we," "us," or "our"). We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please stop using the App.
1. Account Notice
The App currently does not provide registration or login through a phone number, email address, or third-party account.
To provide AI generation, in-app purchase unlocking, generation count records, content saving, and purchase restoration services, the App may automatically generate a guest ID, anonymous user ID, app instance ID, or similar identifier for your device or app installation instance.
This guest identity may be used to associate your generation records, purchase benefits, unlock status, remaining generation counts, and usage status.
The current version of the App does not provide user registration, login, account cancellation, or in-app features to directly delete guest identity, account information, or individual generated content.
If you uninstall the App, change devices, clear local data, or reset your system, some guest identity information, generation history, remaining counts, or locally saved content may not be recoverable. Purchases completed through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable app store platforms may be restored according to the rules of the relevant platform and the purchase restoration capabilities supported by the App.
2. Information We Collect
To provide the App services, we may collect the following information.
2.1 Information You Actively Provide or Upload
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Pet photos, videos, or other media content;
- Pet names, pet types, pet status, and other profile information;
- Scenes, action effects, and generated content you select;
- Feedback, questions, or customer support information you submit.
2.2 Device and Guest Identity Information
This may include, but is not limited to:
- Guest ID, anonymous user ID, or app instance ID;
- Device ID, advertising identifier, or other device identifiers;
- Basic information such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, and region;
- Identifier information related to generation counts, unlock status, and purchase records.
2.3 Purchase and Transaction Information
When you purchase paid items in the App through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable app store platforms, we may process:
- Purchased item names or product IDs;
- Purchase status, transaction time, and order status;
- Purchase receipts, subscription status, and entitlement status;
- Purchase restoration records and unlock records.
We do not collect your bank card number, credit card number, complete payment account information, or payment password. Payments are completed by the relevant app store platform.
We may use services such as RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases, subscriptions, and entitlement unlocking.
2.4 Usage Data and Diagnostic Data
To optimize the product and troubleshoot issues, we may collect:
- App launches, page views, button clicks, and feature usage;
- AI generation requests and generation success or failure status;
- Events such as purchase entry display, payment initiation, and payment completion;
- Crash logs, error logs, and performance data.
3. How We Use Information
We collect and use information mainly to:
- Provide pet photo upload, AI scene generation, pet action generation, and related features;
- Save generated content, creation records, generation counts, and unlock status;
- Process in-app purchases, purchase restoration, and entitlement unlocking;
- Optimize product experience, analyze feature performance, and fix issues;
- Perform advertising attribution, channel analysis, and conversion analysis;
- Prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access;
- Respond to your feedback, questions, or customer support requests;
- Comply with laws, regulations, app store policies, or regulatory requirements.
4. AI Creative Content
When you use AI creative features, the pet photos, videos, selected scenes, actions, or related content you upload may be sent to our servers or third-party AI service providers for processing.
This content is mainly used to complete your AI generation request, return generation results, save generation records, and troubleshoot service issues.
AI generation results may be affected by photo quality, model capabilities, network conditions, and other factors. The App does not guarantee that every generated result will fully meet your expectations.
Unless we obtain your explicit consent, we will not use your pet photos, videos, or private creative content for public display, advertising, or purposes unrelated to the App services.
The current version of the App does not provide in-app features to separately delete uploaded content, generation history, or AI generation results. If you wish to delete data related to your guest identity, you may contact us through the email address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Services
To provide payment, attribution, analytics, cloud storage, and AI generation capabilities, we may use third-party services, including but not limited to:
- Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app store platforms;
- RevenueCat;
- Adjust;
- Cloud service providers;
- AI generation service providers;
- Crash analytics or performance monitoring service providers.
These third-party services may process relevant data according to their own privacy policies. We will make reasonable efforts to require relevant service providers to process data only within the scope necessary to provide services.
6. Advertising Attribution and Tracking Authorization
To analyze advertising performance, channel sources, and product conversions, we may use third-party attribution or analytics services such as Adjust.
If we use IDFA, AAID, or similar advertising identifiers for advertising attribution, advertising performance measurement, or other activities requiring authorization, we will request your authorization through the system prompt or system settings where applicable.
You may choose to allow or deny authorization. Refusing authorization will not affect the App's basic features, AI generation features, or purchased entitlements.
7. Information Sharing
We do not sell your personal information.
We share necessary information only in the following circumstances:
- To allow third-party service providers to help us provide payment, AI generation, data analytics, cloud storage, crash analytics, and other services;
- When disclosure is required by laws, regulations, regulatory requirements, court orders, or app store policies;
- To protect the lawful rights, interests, safety, and property of users, ourselves, or third parties;
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, asset transfer, business restructuring, or similar transaction, as part of business assets.
8. Information Storage and Retention
We retain your information for the period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
For example:
- Pet profiles, uploaded content, generated content, and creation history may be retained for as long as necessary to provide the services;
- Guest ID, generation counts, unlock status, and entitlement records may be retained while you use the App;
- Purchase records, subscription status, and transaction receipts may be retained according to app store, financial, tax, risk control, or compliance requirements;
- Analytics and diagnostic data may be retained in aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified form for product improvement and troubleshooting.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise process it in a reasonable manner.
9. Your Rights and Choices
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may:
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information;
- Request deletion of data associated with your guest ID, anonymous user ID, or device identifier;
- Turn off device permissions such as photos, notifications, and tracking;
- Manage advertising tracking or privacy permissions in your system settings;
- Contact us regarding privacy-related questions or complaints.
Please note that the current version of the App does not provide in-app features to directly delete guest identity, account information, or individual generated content. If you wish to access, correct, or delete relevant data, you may contact us through the email address listed at the end of this Privacy Policy.
Deleting certain data may affect generation history, saved content, remaining generation counts, entitlement status, or purchased unlock status.
For purchase records, transaction receipts, financial records, risk control records, or information required to be retained by laws and regulations after purchases made through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other applicable app store platforms, we may need to continue retaining such information for the necessary period.
10. Device Permissions
The App may request the following permissions:
- Photos or media permission: used to select, upload, edit, or save pet photos, videos, and creative materials;
- Notification permission: used to send generation completion reminders, product reminders, or service-related notifications;
- Tracking permission: used for advertising attribution, channel analysis, or advertising performance measurement;
- Network permission: used for AI generation, in-app purchase verification, entitlement synchronization, content loading, and error troubleshooting.
You can manage related permissions in your device system settings.
11. Children and Minors
The App is not specifically designed for children. If you are a minor, please use the App with the consent and guidance of your parent or legal guardian.
If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child without guardian consent, we will delete the relevant information as soon as reasonably possible.
12. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the security of your information, including encrypted transmission, access controls, permission management, and secure storage.
However, internet transmission and electronic storage cannot be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. We will do our best to protect your information, but we cannot promise to completely avoid all security risks.
13. Cross-Border Transfers
Because we may use cloud services, AI services, payment services, and analytics services located in different countries or regions, your information may be transferred to, stored on, or processed by servers outside the country or region where you are located.
We will make reasonable efforts to protect your information in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
14. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy based on product features, laws and regulations, app store policies, or business changes.
If there are material changes, we will notify you through in-app notices, page prompts, or other reasonable methods. The updated Privacy Policy will become effective once published, unless otherwise stated.
