1. Why do generation results take time?
AI generation of pet images or action content requires processing time. The first render may be slightly slower, so please wait patiently. If generation fails, you can try again.
2. What should I do if generation fails?
If rendering fails, a network error occurs, or generation does not complete, please check your network connection and try generating again. We also recommend uploading clearer pet photos with better lighting.
3. What are the requirements for uploaded images?
We recommend uploading clear, well-lit images where the pet is easy to identify. Please try to avoid images that are too dark, blurry, heavily obstructed, or where the pet subject cannot be recognized.
4. What should I do if my purchase does not take effect?
If a feature is not unlocked immediately after payment, please wait a few seconds and re-enter the page, or close and reopen the App. If the problem persists, please contact us by email and include the purchase time, product name, and screenshots of the issue.
5. What is the difference between scenes and pet actions?
Scenes are used to change the background environment where your pet appears. Pet actions allow your pet to generate interactive content such as feeding, drinking water, and playing within the current scene.
Some scenes or actions may require a one-time purchase. Specific prices will be displayed before purchase and are subject to the payment prompt shown by the App Store or Google Play.
